Mission San Gabriel Archangel - by Landry

Mission San Gabriel Archangel is near the San Gabriel mountains in Southern California.

In front of the mission is a statue of Father Junipero Serra who helped build the missions.

The mission was made in September 8, 1771. Someone made a replica of the mission - probably a 4th grader.

The fountain in this mission is different than some of the other mission fountains.

All missions have a cross with Jesus on it.

This mission is famous for its grapevines that are over 100 years old.

The church of this mission is very decorated.

Here are all of the priests that have died and are buried under the floor.

The doors the people used were shorter than some of the other doors.

This is some fourth grade information written by a student who studied here.

A statue of Father Serra is in the courtyard.
