Field Trip Day - by Kennedy

Today we went on a field trip to Santa Cruz on a bus. Then we went on a catamaran ride.  After the bride, we went on the beach. We played and ate lunch while the other class was on the boat.

The water came so high that there was big puddles.  In the puddles were barnacles. We collected them.

I was playing football and soccer with most of the class. It was hard to run because the sand was to soft.

We had a contest that if the stick fell from the water before we left, then we lose recess and if it stayed up, we wouldn't get homework.  It fell before we left but Ms Bellmer tricked us.  We get recess still!

Labor Day weekend - by Landry

This weekend Robbie, Even, Ari, Kennedy, and I went to Santa Cruz.

We went to the Boardwalk and rode on the bumper cars.

After that, we went on the carousel and threw rings.

While Kennedy, my dad, and I were on the Giant Dipper the boys went over to the boats and we joined them.

Later that day we went to the beach and I played frisbee.

We went and got our toes painted. All of our toes were red.
